Students will gain an overview of stress, including the unique manifestations of workplace stress and how one's thoughts, perceptions, emotions, behavior, and health can be impacted should negative stressors continue unmanaged. Students will be exposed to a number of coping skills that can assist him or her create a personalized wellness plan for successful stress management.
