Field Supervisor - Part II

This is an OSS Academy® Field Supervisor - Part II online training course offered for Peace Officers, Jailers, and Telecommunicators.

 

Supervising a work environment requires advanced skills in leadership, counseling, motivation, and communication to create an effective and positive workplace. This course will provide participants with training vital to effective leadership and administrative tasks. Participants will learn topics in ethics, effective communication, leadership styles, counseling, planning and organizing, and cultural diversity.

 

Please note, the entire course final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive two (2) hours of course credit. NOTE: This is not a TCOLE accredited course.
